Cosmic Royal Court

3 set illustration for the Cosmic skinline (League of Legends). Ashe the queen of the cosmos. Xin Zhao her Royal Guard keeping the balance of light and dark. And Lulu supporting and creating life. Together they form the Cosmic Royal Court. I imagined Ashe the almighty cosmic being staring out into the cosmos and stretching the evergrowing universe with her arrows and her royal subjects all connected like a giant Nebula formation. I really enjoyed working on these and also figuring out the kind of treatment and scale I could play with. I really wanted them to feel like they were not fully solid beings but beings made up of energy and formed through clusters of nebula, stars, planets and asteroids. Huge thanks and shoutout to the skins team for all the hard work putting out these awesome skins!
